Bradley Ali

I am an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate & Development team.

I advise on a wide scope of commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, business leases, options and overage agreements not to mention acting for lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions. I also support the corporate team on the property related aspects of corporate transactions.

Having obtained my undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science I pride myself on my meticulous approach. In an increasingly complex and uncertain commercial landscape being accessible and able to communicate effectively is paramount and I enjoy combining my scientific approach with excellent levels of service to make life as easy as possible for my clients.

Outside of work I like to keep fit, eat well, watch movies, listen to music, travel and learn something new every day.

Career Highlight

I acted for a landowner in relation to an option and promotion agreement with a well known land promoter. The transaction was particularly complicated as the site that was being promoted also included land belonging to a neighbouring landowner so a separate collaboration agreement was required. I also acted for the same landowner in relation to the sale of multiple biogas plants spanning various sites to an established renewable energy company. The sale of each site had its own unique challenges and hurdles to overcome. More recently I was involved in the development of a site on a well known high street with planning for the redevelopment of 29 residential flats and a ground floor commercial unit.

Fun Fact

I used to be a limousine chauffeur.
