I am a Partner in the Real Estate Dispute and Enfranchisement Team at Bolt Burdon and an expert and specialist in the niche area of leasehold enfranchisement.
Over the years, I have successfully assisted numerous landlord and tenant clients in statutory claims for lease extensions and collective claims to acquire the freehold. Given that I have extensive experience in acting for landlords this has given me a valuable perspective when acting for tenants.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
On my travels to Cuba, I had the opportunity to swim in the sea with dolphins. As I am not a strong swimmer I was in two minds whether to participate. I am so happy that I did. What an amazing experience!
